Oop-sees Cover-ups Return Policy  

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of Oop-sees Cover-ups. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:  

Eligibility for Returns

1. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.  

2. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used or show signs of wear.  

Return Window  
-Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.  

How to Initiate a Return  
1. Contact our customer support team at sales@oop-sees.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  
2. Package the item securely, including the RAN number in the shipment.  
3. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided to your return email request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Defective or incorrect items will be issued a full refund plus shipping fees (economy shipping only) upon receipt of item(s). Incorrect items have the option of receiving a credit towards purchase of another Oop-sees cover-up or a full refund, as previously mentioned.

Processing Time  
1. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing.  
2. Approved refunds will only be issued to the original payment method, and you will also receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed on our end.  

We'd like to add that all returns be shipped back in it's original eco packaging it was shipped in. This way, we help to support our eco system!
